Studio & Partners was asked to take an existing proposal for a new office building in Berlin's embassy quarter and - based on its general parameters - to develop an alternative scheme focusing on usability, materials and internal planning qualities. This approach contrasts radically with the countless speculative projects that take an exclusively superficial view on architecture and design in a vision confined to external appearances.
