On the site of the old fair in Munich, Studio&Partners was commissioned to develop a concept for an office building with 11,000 mq. Given the sites orientation towards the south, Studio&Partners concepts features a 'opus incertum' stone facade on the sun exposed parts facing the street which are connected by a glass curtain wall. Two separate entrances in the transparent pavilions that connect the main three building volumes and create four yards that create a pleasant quality. The 'Quadrant' proposal focuses on flexible rental units ranging from 200 to 550 m2 and a facade that increases in transparency towards the residential area at the north of the site.
