This submission for the interior design of Germany's new electro-magnetic high-speed trains reflects Studio & Partners' interest in complex interior solutions that implement sectional construction to integrate sophisticated lighting and micro-climatic systems. By focusing on the idea of lightness, we envisaged the use of advanced composite materials alongside seating in tensioned mesh fabrics - to increase air circulation for improved passenger comfort.
